Please note that refunds are typically processed within 1-2 business days, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The lint remover must be in its original packaging.
  • All accessories and manuals included with the product should be returned intact.
  • The lint remover must not show any signs of damage or use. It should be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Quality Issues:
  • If the product has a quality problem upon receipt, please contact us with documentation (photos or videos) to verify the issue. Upon confirmation, we will cover the return shipping cost and process your refund.
  • Personal Reasons:
  • If you are returning the product due to personal reasons such as dissatisfaction with color or size, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure that the product and packaging are in their original condition.

How to Make a Return

  3. Ship the Item: After confirmation, send the lint remover back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for quality-related returns.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. We will process your cancellation request within 24 working hours. Upon successful cancellation, your refund will be returned to your payment account. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made after 30 minutes as the package may have already been processed for shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Refunds usually arrive within 1-2 business days, depending on your payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you experience any delays, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.
