Daily Order Cutoff Time
Our cutoff time for daily orders is 5:00 PM (CST), Monday through Friday. Any orders placed after 5:00 PM (CST) on Friday will be processed and shipped the following Monday (or the next business day if a holiday occurs).
Shipping Duration
Shipping time for products is generally between 2 to 5 business days using USPS First Class Package. Typical delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days.

Shipping Costs
- Orders totaling $49.99 or more qualify for free shipping.
- Orders under $49.99 will be charged $4.99 for shipping.

Delayed Shipping
If your order takes longer than 60 business days to arrive, please verify that your shipping information is complete. In cases where the information is incorrect, it is the customer’s responsibility. Extended Order Processing
If your order processing exceeds 10 days without special instructions, you may request a refund, or we will reschedule your order and provide you with a $10 coupon as compensation.
Lost Packages
The merchant is not liable for packages lost in transit. If you are unable to locate your package using the tracking information, or if the tracking indicates it is lost, please contact our customer service with your order number. We will follow up with the logistics company on your behalf.
